It’s Thursday morning, and after a pretty tough coached swim last night… I’m feeling GREAT. We swam a lot last night, including a 30 minute timed swim (uh, yeah, non-stop), where I swam 1950 yards (1.1 miles), which equates to a hundred yards in 92 seconds. Not too bad.
