sad realization
Well… 2007 began some 46 days ago and I swore that training for Ironman Canada would start on January 2nd. Since that day I gotten a total of 1 run and 1 walk completed. Time to pull out the calendar and start planning through August 26th. This is the last planned Ironman for me. Already [...]
